Business License Procedure and Guidelines

King and Queen County is in the process of implementing a Business License Fee. Any information as far as procedures in obtaining the license and guidelines required before a license is issued would be appreciated.

If you go to our City website, vbgov.com, and use the drop-down menu, you can find the instructions for pursuing a business license. It is handled through our Commissioner of Revenue.

Since we are a Town, we handle all business license within the Town limits.

Also, we use the CitiPak Software and it works well for business license too. I modified the procedure a bit to make it work better for us. Let me know if you have questions. Thanks! Juanita
