_The Town of Farmville is considering amending the Town’s unkempt property ordinance to include requiring leaf raking. If anyone has an ordinance that deals with leaf raking please forward me a copy.

Hmmm. What about people who use mulching lawmowers? The leaves are chopped up and left on the lawn.
