Would someone (particularly small localities) provide me with written job performance standards for positions such as town manager, clerk, treasurer, administrative assistant, general light maintenance (inside and grounds), and police (small force - one to five officers)?  We’re not had these in the past, so we’re starting from scratch.  Thanks very much!
