2.      If a paper agenda packet is used – do you use the binding machine to put your information together or use a 3 ring (notebook) binder?

One of our Council Members is very interested in using a service/program that will encompass all of the Council/Board Meeting Package process, including staff documents, so that we might be able to go paperless.  Do any of your localities use such a service?
