I have been asked to create two things; an orientation program for new Board members, and a handbook/guide to provide governing/general/reference information for new and existing members. I would appreciate any advice, examples, information on this topic.

Please reply only to me at jlilly@loudounwater.org (happy to share results with anyone who is interested).

Thanks!

The Greensville County Board of Supervisors would like to know how many localities have legal representation at all public meetings?  If you do not, does your Board feel that the attorney should be present at all meetings or is it not an issue?  Also, how many times that they were not present and your Board felt they should have been there?
